A107 is a two-bedroom apartment of 138 m² (including a 41 m² private garden terrace) on the ground floor of Building 1 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to four guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.
The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, storage space and curtains to darken the room. They are separate, which suits two couples or a family with older children.
The living area combines a lounge corner with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
From the living room you step out onto a private garden terrace, furnished for meals and relaxing outdoors. Being on the ground floor, you have direct access without stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and a blender for fresh juices. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided.
For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.
Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.
A rental car is a good idea if you want to explore the rest of the island at your own pace, from Philipsburg and its boardwalk to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. A107 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of four guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.
An intermediate housekeeping service and extra towels can be booked during your stay. Combined with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, this makes the apartment practical for long stays as well as short breaks.
