A133 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of Building 1 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to two guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
It is furnished and equipped for holiday stays, short or long. You will find what you need for daily life on the island, from a working kitchen to linen and towels.
A separate bedroom with a queen-size bed gives you a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room.
The living area combines a lounge corner with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
There is no balcony; the living room windows bring in natural light and look towards the lagoon.
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.
Families can ask for a baby cot and a high chair. The apartment door has an electronic lock, and the apartment is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Simpson Bay is one of the most convenient places to stay on Sint Maarten: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are close by, and Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are a few minutes away by car.
A rental car is a good idea if you want to explore the rest of the island at your own pace, from Philipsburg and its boardwalk to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. A133 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. Our team welcomes you on arrival and remains available throughout your stay.
If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
