At The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, A134 is a 57 m² one-bedroom apartment set on the third floor of Building 1. Up to two guests can stay here, and the apartment looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.
The bedroom, set apart from the living room, is furnished with a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to darken the room.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
A balcony with outdoor furniture is accessible from the living room. It faces the lagoon and is the natural place for a morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and a blender for fresh juices. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.
A concierge service is available to arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and activities on the island. You can contact the team before or during your stay.
The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.
To discover the rest of the island, from Philipsburg and its boardwalk to Marigot and the beaches of the French side, a rental car is the simplest option.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. A134 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.
For longer stays, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked during your stay, and extra towels are available on request. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can easily live here as you would at home.
