B206 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to three guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.
The bedroom, set apart from the living room, is furnished with a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to darken the room.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The sofa converts into a bed for one additional guest. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower.
The living room opens onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for meals outside or a quiet moment in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and a blender for fresh juices. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided.
For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.
Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Simpson Bay is one of the most convenient places to stay on Sint Maarten: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are close by, and Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are a few minutes away by car.
As The Hills Residence is on a hill, renting a car makes daily life easier. It is also the best way to visit the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B206 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. Our team welcomes you on arrival and remains available throughout your stay.
An intermediate housekeeping service and extra towels can be booked during your stay. Combined with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, this makes the apartment practical for long stays as well as short breaks.
