B225 – Incredible Lagoon View

Description

Apartment B225 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

At The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, B225 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment set on the second floor of Building 2. Up to three guests can stay here, and the apartment looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

It is furnished and equipped for holiday stays, short or long. You will find what you need for daily life on the island, from a working kitchen to linen and towels.

Layout and bedrooms

The bedroom, set apart from the living room, is furnished with a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to darken the room.

In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep one more person. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.

Light and view

The apartment does not have a balcony, but the windows of the living room let in plenty of daylight and give a view of the lagoon.

Kitchen and equipment

In the kitchen you have a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses, including wine and champagne glasses, are all there.

For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.

A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

A concierge service is available to arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and activities on the island. You can contact the team before or during your stay.

Location in Simpson Bay

From the residence you reach the restaurants, shops and marinas of Simpson Bay in a few minutes by car. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also very close.

The residence is built on a hill, which is what gives it its views, so we recommend renting a car for your stay. With a car you can also explore the rest of the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B225 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.

If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.

Before your arrival, our team sends you the information you need to reach The Hills Residence and get into the apartment, so that your holiday on Sint Maarten can start calmly.
