B227 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to three guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
It is furnished and equipped for holiday stays, short or long. You will find what you need for daily life on the island, from a working kitchen to linen and towels.
The bedroom, set apart from the living room, is furnished with a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to darken the room.
The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The sofa converts into a bed for one additional guest. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
The apartment does not have a balcony, but the windows of the living room let in plenty of daylight and give a view of the lagoon.
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Simpson Bay is one of the most convenient places to stay on Sint Maarten: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are close by, and Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are a few minutes away by car.
The residence is built on a hill, which is what gives it its views, so we recommend renting a car for your stay. With a car you can also explore the rest of the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B227 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. Our team welcomes you on arrival and remains available throughout your stay.
An intermediate housekeeping service and extra towels can be booked during your stay. Combined with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, this makes the apartment practical for long stays as well as short breaks.
