At The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, B231 is a 75 m² two-bedroom apartment set on the third floor of Building 2. Up to four guests can stay here, and the apartment looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed. Both have storage space and curtains to darken the room.
The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
The apartment does not have a balcony, but the windows of the living room let in plenty of daylight and give a view of the lagoon.
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

As The Hills Residence is on a hill, renting a car makes daily life easier. It is also the best way to visit the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B231 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of four guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.
