B232 – Beautiful apartment with balcony and lagoon view

Description

Apartment B232 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

B232 is a 57 m² one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to two guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.

Layout and bedrooms

The bedroom is separate from the living area and has a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to keep out the morning light.

The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.

Outdoor space

A balcony with outdoor furniture is accessible from the living room. It faces the lagoon and is the natural place for a morning coffee.

Kitchen and equipment

In the kitchen you have a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses, including wine and champagne glasses, are all there.

Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.

A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

The concierge team can help you organise your stay: car rental, restaurant bookings, excursions or boat trips around the island. Do not hesitate to contact them before your arrival.

Location in Simpson Bay

The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.

Because the residence sits on a hillside, a car is recommended to get around. It also lets you discover the rest of the island, such as Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches of the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B232 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.

An intermediate housekeeping service and extra towels can be booked during your stay. Combined with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, this makes the apartment practical for long stays as well as short breaks.

Before your arrival, our team sends you the information you need to reach The Hills Residence and get into the apartment, so that your holiday on Sint Maarten can start calmly.
