C303 is a 61 m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Building 3 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to two guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.
The bedroom, set apart from the living room, is furnished with a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to darken the room.
The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower.
The living room opens onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for meals outside or a quiet moment in the evening.
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
Families can ask for a baby cot and a high chair. The apartment door has an electronic lock, and the apartment is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Simpson Bay is one of the most convenient places to stay on Sint Maarten: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are close by, and Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are a few minutes away by car.
Because the residence sits on a hillside, a car is recommended to get around. It also lets you discover the rest of the island, such as Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. C303 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.
An intermediate housekeeping service and extra towels can be booked during your stay. Combined with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, this makes the apartment practical for long stays as well as short breaks.
