C316 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of Building 3 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to three guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.
The bedroom is separate from the living area and has a queen-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to keep out the morning light.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The sofa converts into a bed for one additional guest. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
From the balcony, furnished for two, you can watch the boats on Simpson Bay lagoon and enjoy the evening breeze.
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
The apartment is air-conditioned and connected to high-speed Wi-Fi. A washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a cleaning kit are available. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided, together with a hair dryer and bathroom essentials.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.
The residence is built on a hill, which is what gives it its views, so we recommend renting a car for your stay. With a car you can also explore the rest of the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. C316 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. Our team welcomes you on arrival and remains available throughout your stay.
If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
