C317 is a 75 m² two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of Building 3 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to four guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
It is furnished and equipped for holiday stays, short or long. You will find what you need for daily life on the island, from a working kitchen to linen and towels.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both have storage space and curtains to darken the room.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.
There is no balcony; the living room windows bring in natural light and look towards the lagoon.
In the kitchen you have a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses, including wine and champagne glasses, are all there.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.
Our concierge service takes care of the practical side of your holiday, from car rental to restaurant reservations and excursions around Sint Maarten.
From the residence you reach the restaurants, shops and marinas of Simpson Bay in a few minutes by car. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also very close.
Because the residence sits on a hillside, a car is recommended to get around. It also lets you discover the rest of the island, such as Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. C317 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of four guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.
For longer stays, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked during your stay, and extra towels are available on request. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can easily live here as you would at home.
