Apartment C336 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

Located on the third floor of Building 3, C336 is a 57 m² one-bedroom apartment at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. The apartment welcomes up to two guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.

Layout and bedrooms

A separate bedroom with a king-size bed gives you a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room.

The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.

Outdoor space

The living room opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. From there the view stretches over Simpson Bay lagoon, especially pleasant at the end of the day.

Kitchen and equipment

In the kitchen you have a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses, including wine and champagne glasses, are all there.

Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.

A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Location in Simpson Bay

The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.

As The Hills Residence is on a hill, renting a car makes daily life easier. It is also the best way to visit the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. C336 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.

For longer stays, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked during your stay, and extra towels are available on request. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can easily live here as you would at home.
