D424 is a 110 m² three-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Building 4 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to six guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.
Furnished and fully equipped, it works as well for a long weekend as for a stay of several weeks. The idea is simple: arrive, unpack, and enjoy the island without having to think about practical details.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with a queen-size bed each. Each bedroom has storage space and curtains to darken the room, so everyone keeps some privacy. There is also a TV in the bedroom.
The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The apartment has three bathrooms with a shower.
From the balcony, furnished for two, you can watch the boats on Simpson Bay lagoon and enjoy the evening breeze.
Cooking at home is easy: the kitchen has a hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Small appliances include an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, and you will find crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer make longer stays comfortable. You also have an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.
Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The rooftop of The Hills Residence has a swimming pool with a wide view over the lagoon. You also have an elevator, private parking and outdoor cameras around the buildings. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.
A concierge service is available to arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and activities on the island. You can contact the team before or during your stay.
From the residence you reach the restaurants, shops and marinas of Simpson Bay in a few minutes by car. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also very close.
The residence is built on a hill, which is what gives it its views, so we recommend renting a car for your stay. With a car you can also explore the rest of the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. D424 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of six guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.
For longer stays, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked during your stay, and extra towels are available on request. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can easily live here as you would at home.
